The small flat was all I needed. It had a second bed and it was in a great part of the city. Simply going out for a walk and suddenly being able to see the Acropolis is invaluable! I found great stores .. 24-hour service, and the best bakery in the world, all within a short walk. Ano Petralona, is a much sought out destination in the heart of Athens for those seeking an authentic local experience. This elegant building in the family since the 1960’s, is ideally placed steps from the metro station “Petralona”. The space is well maintained, retaining some elements of the original architecture. Since we mainly cater to longer-term renters, our “less is more” ethos translates into neutral, functional furniture so as not to override the guest’s personal taste.

Access to unique roof terrace with urban skyline

An authentic Athenian living includes extending daily life onto the roof terrace. Tenants enjoy this large, thoughtfully designed shared terrace over two levels, which includes a dining/worktop area and comfortable chaise longues. Breathtaking views of the urban cityscape extend beyond Petralona, towards snow-topped mountains that frame Athens. An occasional wave to other rooftop neighbours establishes your sense of locality and Petralonianism.

A community of globally minded travellers

A personal endeavor, we are 4 sisters, the owners and travelers ourselves, who occasionally live on the premises, and aim to foster a cohesive, like-minded community. Focusing on longer‑term rentals lends to a comfortable sense of familiarity among neighbours. A community chat tool is also available to encourage trust and mutual support when needed. Feeling connected and safe is our priority - for both our tenants and ourselves.

Your Questions, Answered

We begin with a simple online form to understand your dates and requirements. Within 48 hours, you will be introduced to your host who will review availability, and offer you alternatives in the same building. As 4 owners (and sisters) in this boutique building, we aim to provide personalised, flexible solutions. Viewings cannot take place if the apartments are occupied.
We provide two options for our furnished apartments, ranging monthly from €900 to €1250.
Option 1 - “Basic rent”, this option is only available for rentals over 12 months
- Excludes utility costs (electricity, water and gas where applicable), you will need to arrange to subscribe and pay these separately.
Option 2 - “Bills included”, is a turnkey rental solution for an immediate and smooth move in.
- Includes utilities i.e. electricity, water, and gas (where applicable) subject to fair usage, of course. We provide guidance on how to operate ACs and appliances economically and responsibly.
- Building service fees (kinokhrista) are also included.
- Shared WIFI (fibre) is provided free to our residents.
Cleaning during stays is not included, however we do provide a reliable contact upon request at a reasonable rate.

Review our rentals
To maintain a cohesive community, we prefer minimum stays of 12 months; occasionally, limited 3–6‑month availability is offered with individually adjusted rates. Contact us to discuss further.
After agreeing on availability, scope of time, and rent, we provide an official e-gov rental contract outlining deposits, timelines, and payment schedules. Documents required would be an official ID/passport and AFM for Greek citizens. This transparent process ensures you know exactly what to expect before moving forward.

Expect a standard deposit requirement and a 3-5% yearly increase
No smoking is allowed inside the apartments or in common confined building spaces, such as the public staircase and foyer. You may smoke on the roof terrace or on your balcony, and of course, always dispose of cigarette remains responsibly. Absolutely no flicking over the rails.
Although we absolutely love animals, the building has a strict no-pets policy in consideration of other renters who may suffer allergies.
